s-l400.jpg。The Holy Grail Red Label: Features the crisp cursive embroidered white tag with red stitching reading \"Corcoran Brand of Quality - Stoughton, Mass.\" Diagonal Split-Tap Sole: Designed specifically for mid-century paratroopers to prevent parachute lines from catching during a jump, featuring a diagonal stitched seam between the leather waist and rubber tap. Over-Engineered Construction: Heavy double-row Goodyear welt stitching running through the tap sole with a cluster of brass rivets reinforcing the steel shank. Legible Internal Stamps: Crisp factory leather stampings reading \"9 D\" along with military contract production code 5477838 and the plant inspection \"W\" box stamp. Uppers: Excellent vintage condition. The high-shine black leather uppers are wonderfully supple , typical light creasing, and minor scuff marks on the cap toes. Punch-hole detailing on the cap toe is beautiful and crisp. Hardware: Original aluminum eyelets are clean with minimal oxidation.
