Made in Italy
NOS vintage B&L eyeglasses frame. Finish is nice and shiny. Frame is level, symmetrical and comfortable to wear, but adjustments are recommended to find the perfect fit. Hinges operate perfectly. There is tarnishing of the metal screws. Screws are removable and can be replaced if desired. No tarnishing of metal bars inside of temples. No case is included.
The bold, oversized rectangular frame design in tortoiseshell acetate was a hallmark of the 1970s eyewear trends. These shapes were popular as both prescription and fashion glasses during that era.
Trendy again due to the revival of vintage fashion, which increases their appeal. Frames marked “Made in Italy” often signify higher quality, which also adds value. Retro eyewear is popular among fashion enthusiasts, collectors, and opticians seeking to fit vintage frames with modern lenses.
