Rare Beautiful Unique 110Yr. Old Solid 14k gold case Elgin Openface Antique Vntg Manual wind-up wristwatch/pendant pocket lady Elgin Watch. Production year:1916. Serial#: 18619663. Size:0s. Movement: pendant. Inside caseback marked: Keystone 14k 5320230 & has scratches & dings. Second lid marked: Guaranteed 14k 585 Fine K.W.C.C.O. E 5320230 with scratches. Both lids are marked: 14k/585! The inner cases have scribbles on them (jeweler can eliminate markings). The whole case retested as solid 14k gold. The crown is not gold. The upper layer of the expandable band was tested as solid 10k gold & under layer is stainless steel! Can be worn 3 different ways: on the wrist, as a pendant or used as pocket watch! Very unique, stunning & remarkable! Just wind crown about 3 times around (do not overwind, spring can break causing watch damage) & shake just like a mechanical Pocketwatch. Minute hand moves every minute & hour hand hourly until winding expires for more winding to start again! Crystal has scratches that can be replaced by jeweler, buyers expense. Dial is clean, no cracks or hairlines. Cases have scratches & dings due to normal wear (inside & outer case!). Watch runs! Service records unknown, recommend servicing from your local watchmaker for future long term performance, buyers expense. Please zoom to see details & conditions as photos posted are part of descriptions & send a reasonable offer. Unique & hard to find great for family-loom vintage!! Thank you!
