The hardware is actual metal buckles; not fake buckles with magnets underneath. The outer portions of this bag are in really good shape. Being that it is vintage and quite old there is some age showing on the backs of the straps but all the leather has been conditioned with mink oil The bag features one large main compartment measuring approximately 13 to 14 inches wide and 13 to 14 inches deep when flat. There is one small zipper compartment on the back of the bag for discreet storage. The most wear can be seen on the top hook and on the inside lining. There is about 2 inches at the very top where the lining meets the leather that has come undone. This is overall still a very solid vintage bag that I have cleaned any patina off of and trimmed any excess burlap threads or otherwise. If the buyer wishes I will re-condition all of the leather with Mink oil a second time before shipping.
